Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Since I (Wyzer) am not personally involved in the manufacturing and mailing process, I can only offer a replacement or refund if the product arrives damaged or misprinted. There is a 30-day window to contact me and get the damaged item processed.
If an item is lost in the mail, contact me within 30 days of the expected delivery date. I cannot process returns or replacements if the tracking information states that it was delivered.
If you place an order and change your mind on an item, or you order something in the wrong size/color, you have a short window (approx. 2-5 business days) to message me to change it. If the order has the label “Being Fulfilled”, I cannot change the contents of the order.
If you put the wrong address on your order, I can change it on my end before it is sent out for delivery.
As I cannot afford returns/exchanges due to changing your mind at this early stage of a business (they come directly out of my pocket), I can only recommend checking over your order thoroughly before submitting it. If you have further questions, feel free to contact me and I am happy to do my absolute best to help. Remember, I’m figuring all this out myself as well!
